Tour Plan

Day 01 Arrival at Wayanad

Upon arrival in Calicut (100 km) or Cochin (300 km), embark on a scenic drive to Wayanad. After checking into your hotel and taking some time to relax, head to the fascinating Edakkal Caves, a prehistoric rock shelter formed by an unusual arrangement of boulders. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02 Wayanad Wildlife

After breakfast, visit the Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary, home to animals like sloth bears, sambar deer, elephants, tigers, and a variety of rare birds. Later, enjoy a rejuvenating full-body Ayurvedic massage (note: children under 11 are not permitted for massages). Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 03 Wayanad to Calicut

Check out after breakfast and proceed to Calicut, the historic capital of the Zamorins. Once a vital port for trade, Calicut is known for its famed Calico cotton. Experience a unique bullock cart ride through lush paddy fields, visit the Hindustan Kalari Sangam for a glimpse into Kerala’s martial art, Kalaripayattu, and enjoy a relaxing evening at Kappad Beach. Overnight at the resort.

Day 04 Cochin Sightseeing

After breakfast, drive to Cochin via Guruvayoor, home to the famous Krishna Temple. Check into your hotel and embark on a half-day city tour of Cochin in the afternoon, visiting Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Fort Kochi Beach, St. Francis Church, Chinese Fishing Nets, and more. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 05  Cochin to Munnar

After breakfast, check out and head to Munnar, famous for its tea and spice plantations. En route, stop at the Cheeyappara waterfalls and other viewpoints. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. The rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 06 Explore Munnar

Enjoy breakfast and a full-day tour of Munnar. Visit Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr, and explore Anamudi, South India’s highest peak. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 07 Munnar to Thekkady

After breakfast, proceed to Thekkady, home to the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Explore the sanctuary, famous for its rich evergreen forests and the beautiful lake formed by the Mullaperiyar Dam. Activities include boat cruises on Periyar Lake and visits to spice plantations. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 08 Explore Thekkady

Spend the day at leisure, enjoying the resort facilities or exploring the local area at your own pace. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 09 Thekkady to Kumarakom

After breakfast, drive to Kumarakom, where you can relax and visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, a haven for migratory and native birds. A cruise along Vembanad Lake offers a perfect way to explore the sanctuary. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10 Kumarakom to Kovalam

Day 11 Kovalam
