Important Note: –

  1. The operational hours for drivers are set from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please note that these hours do
    not apply to arrival or pick-up times.
  2. Any concerns or issues regarding the driver should be communicated to our representative
    immediately during the service, allowing us to address them and enhance the quality of service
    provided.
  3. In situations such as road blockages due to strikes, construction, natural disasters, medical
    evacuations, or delays and cancellations of trains or flights, please be aware that journey times may vary significantly throughout the year due to factors beyond our control, including monsoon rains and severe weather conditions. Any additional costs arising from these circumstances will be the responsibility of the agent or client.
  4. Passengers are liable for extra cleaning fees at nearby service centers if there is any vomiting on the
    seats or floor.
  5. The consumption of alcohol and smoking within the vehicles is strictly forbidden.
  6. Please note that sedan cars may not have roof luggage carriers(except CNG Cabs)only larger vehicles
    such as Ertiga, Carens, and Innova are equipped with them.
  7. All rates are provided in Indian Rupees (INR).
  8. An additional charge of Rupees 250 per hour will apply for extra driver duty time.
  9. Guests are encouraged to record the Odometer reading at both the beginning and conclusion of the
    trip.

    Our Responsibilities and Limitations:
    Please be aware that once the Tour/service Cost is finalized, any increases in entrance fees for
    monuments/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges imposed by the Government of India will be billed as additional expenses.

    Variety Vacations operates solely as an agent for hotels, Houseboats, Cabs & other service contractors.

    All exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by us are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by these service providers.

    The itineraries provided are sample itineraries designed to offer a general overview of the expected trip schedule. Various factors, including weather, road conditions, and the physical capabilities of
    participants, may necessitate changes to the itinerary either prior to or during the tour. We reserve the right to modify any schedule to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all participants.

    Our pricing is based on the current rates negotiated with hotels, Houseboats, and other service
    providers. Hotels and Houseboats may adjust their rates without prior notice. Should such changes
    occur, we reserve the right to amend the previously quoted rates in accordance with the adjustments
    made by these providers. All hotel reservations are subject to the standard check-in and check-out times of the respective hotels unless otherwise specified in the itinerary.

    We cannot be held liable for any delays or changes to the program, or for any expenses incurred—either directly or indirectly—due to natural disasters, flight cancellations, accidents, equipment failures, transportation breakdowns, adverse weather conditions, illness, landslides, political unrest, or any unforeseen events.

    Payments:
    To secure your booking for the contracted services, an advance payment is required. The remaining
    balance can be settled either prior to your departure from your home town or prior commencement of the trip, but it must be completed before the services commence. The management reserves the right to determine the advance payment amount based on the type of service and the time remaining until the service begins.

    In certain situations, such as Special Train Journeys or hotel and resort bookings during peak seasons
    (Christmas, New Year), full payment must be made in advance.

    Mode of Payment:
    For all package bookings advance payments, please utilize bank or UPI Transfer. It is essential to provide the required evidence.

    Cancellation Policy for Tour Package:
    Should you need to cancel your tour or travel services for any reason, we require a written email
    notification. Cancellation charges will apply from the date we receive your written notice, as follows:
  • 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour/service cost
  • 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour/service cost
  • 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour/service cost
  • 04 days prior to arrival: 75% of the Tour/service cost
  • 72 hours prior to arrival or No Show: No Refund

    Please note that written cancellations (via email communication or WhatsApp) are accepted on working days only, excluding Sundays. Any cancellation received on a Sunday will be processed on the following working day (Monday).

    For the Christmas and New Year period, from December 20 to January 4th, payments are nonrefundable.

    If you decide to cancel your trip after it has commenced, any refund will be limited and contingent upon what we can recover from the hotels or contractors involved. We do not assume responsibility for refunds related to unused hotel accommodations, chartered transportation, or missed meals.

    We shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to individuals, property, or otherwise related to any accommodation, transportation, or other services, which may arise – either directly or indirectly – from acts of God, hazards, fires, accidents, machinery or equipment failures, transportation breakdowns, wars, civil unrest, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, regulations from medical or customs authorities, defaults, or any other factors beyond our control.

    We do not maintain any insurance policy that covers expenses related to illnesses, theft, or any other
    circumstances. We recommend that visitors arrange for such insurance in their own. All baggage and
    personal belongings are at the client’s own risk at all times.

    Please be advised: We will not be accountable for any expenses resulting from unforeseen events such as landslides, roadblocks, adverse weather conditions, and similar occurrences.
